With over 13 years of recruitment experience, Amelia cut her teeth in the digital industry in London. She worked for some of the UK’s top media, publishing and communication talent agencies before specialising in recruiting for digital media, marketing and technology roles.
In early 2014, Amelia co-founded one of London’s fastest-growing digital talent agencies and led the team to great success, recruiting for some of the world’s leading digital agencies and their trading desks, publishers, brands and advertising/marketing technology platforms. She also made it a priority to develop an extensive, international network of Kiwi expats working within the digital industry.
In mid-2017, Amelia sold her share of the business in order to return to New Zealand and to bring her digital recruitment skill-set home. After a few months traveling the world, Amelia came back to New Zealand and launched Campfire Digital Recruitment in mid-2018. She is now focused on building the Auckland-based business and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and clients alike.
Marketing & Administration Executive
Originally from sunny Nelson, Philippa made the move to Auckland to undertake a BA in Japanese and History, with a passion for understanding domestic and civic life throughout East Asia. During her studies, she had various roles mentoring first year students and sharing her passion for academia across departments.
Post-graduation, Philippa has worked a variety of roles such as handling sales and passenger services for Air New Zealand’s Contact Centre, managing Country Road’s e-commerce sales and dispatch operations, and engaging businesses with M2Woman’s industry events and sponsorship. With experience across different languages, business scales, and consumer bases, she isn’t one to shy away from a challenge.
With a genuine love of client management and getting every duck in a row, Philippa has joined the Campfire team to oversee the administration and marketing functions, as well as local market research, so that Campfire can continue to offer the exceptional experience which sets it apart from the rest.
Assoc. Digital Recruitment Consultant
With a background in Politics, History, and Law, Nathan has a superb academic pedigree and brings a warm, consultative approach to his work.
During his studies, Nathan developed a passion for the digital space through creating digital content and running social media campaigns within the not-for-profit sector. A real ‘people person’, Nathan funded his studies through working in sales roles with brands such as Barkers and Rodd & Gunn.
Nathan has joined Campfire as an Associate Digital Recruitment Consultant to source fresh talent and cultivate relationships with our business partners.
In his spare time, you’ll find him performing stand up comedy, doing karaoke, and using his wide general knowledge in pub quizzes.
