This creative designer has over a decade’s worth of experience in digital media and is skilled in graphic design, motion graphics, digital advertising, print, and UI design. Currently, they work as a Digital Designer at one of NZ’s largest publishers. They oversee the design framework, design library, and design systems. They collaborate with the product team to produce functional UI, create prototypes, and build responsive features. Their task also covers designing digital ads and EDMs. Previously, they worked at a media company where they’d been steadily promoted. Here, they created interactive ads across desktop and mobile and designed video ads for different clients. Their role involved creating user personas, journeys, sitemaps, and wireframes. Their digital toolkit includes Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Miro, Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Dreamweaver, Google Web Designer, DoubleClick Studio, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
