Here, they facilitated the delivery of digital product solutions, gathered data, and used those findings to design proposed UX through prototypes. Before this, they were a UX/UI Designer at a digital agency where they coordinated with retail clients. They also worked on the brand side, where they led overall UX discipline, managed three direct reports, designed MVP releases, and defined better processes for the business.
