In their current role as E-Commerce & Digital Manager for a FMCG brand, they are a key leader in their e-commerce strategy and ensuring that their performance marketing channels are highly profitable. To this end, they work closely with the CEO to assess revenue targets and market trends, then create digital campaign strategy and new e-commerce initiatives. They lead a team of digital marketing and web development experts who implement this work, and they are also the key relationship manager with all martech and e-commerce vendors. They have had several major achievements in this role, including overhauling the online UX experience, training several team members to become key business assets, and procuring new business partners. Prior to this, they have ample in hands-on digital marketing implementation and e-commerce website management.
