Having run EDM campaigns for major consumer brands to start-ups, this candidate has fantastic email marketing experience under their belt. In their current role at a food brand, they sit on a team that is responsible for all email marketing campaigns. This involves using loyalty card data to create audience for the email marketing campaigns, creating briefs that go out to agencies, proofing and approving artwork/copy, and monitoring the results to optimise future campaigns. Essentially, their role is to undertake the full email process on a campaign-by-campaign basis, running highly targeted email campaigns for the company’s suppliers. They have also had the opportunity to work closely with the web development team, gaining valuable skills in uploading content and HTML coding. Prior to this position, this candidate worked for a bank where they again focused on email marketing. They delivered personalised messages to customers using the Ubiquity platform and created social media content and paid advertisements in this role.
