This candidate started their career at Google in 2005 and has been working across digital performance ever since. With over 15 years of experience, they have worked across industries from retail, FMCG, pharma, services, and many more. They joined a highly awarded global digital performance agency in 2017 as their Performance Director. They led a team of up to five and managed domestic and international campaigns for clients across NZ, Australia, USA, and Germany. This role was on the strategic side, however they were always jumping in to help the team stay fresh on the ever-changing technology and trends. As a strong search specialist, they sat with their Paid Social team member to develop a strong understanding of social. They would develop Search and Social strategies for their clients and as a result feels comfortable working across search and social. Their previous experience was at a media agency where they worked as a Search Account Director for almost three years. They were hands-on and client-facing and would set up, optimize, and report on search campaigns, managing a portfolio of about $300k monthly.
