This lovely candidate is passionate about e-commerce. In their current role as an E-Commerce Manager, they carry out everything from the day-to-day management of the website to organizing overseas events. They introduced a back in stock option to optimise and improve sales which allowed them to gain more customers to the database. They also added a wish list function which increased sales when customers returned and saw the items waiting for them. They are currently working on a loyalty program that will launch shortly. In this role, they mapped out the customer journey and how each touchpoint will interact with the customer. They also created all the digital comms for each interaction as well. Prior to this, they were working in London as a Marketing Manager for a fashion brand. This was a broader role across marketing – it involved everything from running email campaigns to using A/B testing and data to understand how the content was performing. In this role, they also managed social campaigns to drive awareness and assisted with paid digital activity across display, search, and SEO.
