In their current role for one of APAC’s most impressive digital loyalty agencies, they lead the Digital Analytics & Data division. Using their exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce, they lead on all analytics work. This means they work closely with clients to understand their data pain points, map out custom analytics solutions, audit data platforms, pitch optimisation opportunities, and collaborate with division leads (account management, media, performance, etc.) to drive analytics best practice. Prior to this role, they have extensive experience in e-commerce strategy, loyalty marketing, and account management.
