Their current role as Digital Marketing Lead for large retail group sees them handle the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy for several brands, as well as directing a team of digital marketers. Day to day, they work alongside the senior leadership team to develop the strategy for various brands and their marketing, then direct the implementation of this strategy across paid social, content, search, and website channels. They regularly audit the performance of these campaigns and shopfronts, reporting results back to the leadership team and finding optimisation opportunities for their team to undertake. Prior to this, they also have excellent experience in digital media planning and buying, having worked with major Kiwi businesses to create digital marketing campaigns that make headlines.
