This impressive, data-driven candidate has fantastic strategic and hands-on experience across paid search, social, and SEO. They’re personable, intelligent, and highly commercial; making them fantastic at building quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They’re currently the Head of Performance at a small digital marketing agency where they manage a handful of direct reports. They’re still on the tools while doing strategy. They started off focusing on Google Ads but are now spread across Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager, and running SEO audits and implementation. Previously, they were Digital Marketing Manager for an international brand. Here, they created their whole social model which was then implemented at all their branches worldwide. This saw them create the funnel across various layers across educational and international markets while still running the campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. It resulted in an enormous increase in social media bookings YoY. Their digital toolkit includes Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEO Powersuite group, BrightEdge, Yoast, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HTML, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Umbraco, Silverstripe, and Hotjar. They really enjoy the analytical insight approach of SEM and would thrive in a role where they were building out a team as they’re great at developing, upskilling, and training others.
