This omni-channel marketer has a customer-centric approach and a great eye for design. They’re a real self-starter that has both determination and an affable nature. Their most recent position was Marketing Manager for an FMCG brand with several brick-and-mortar stores and an e-commerce store. Here, they led the end-to-end marketing strategy execution across all stores, developed creative direction for all digital and traditional marketing assets, and planned and executed all communications across the web and social media. They also managed the e-commerce activity (including the customer loyalty programme), created and paced budgets, and managed integrated influencer marketing campaigns. They managed several direct reports and gained a lot of stakeholder management experience in this role. Before that, they founded and sold a successful FMCG brand, and ran their own creative strategy company as a freelancer. Both gave them a great breadth of experience with brand strategy, brand identity, and conceptualisation and execution of multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle. They also have event management, SEO, SEM, programmatic, CMS, EDM, project management, photography, and PR experience. Their digital toolkit includes Google AdWords, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Google Ad Manager, Rubicon Project, PubMatic, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Emarsys, IBM Watson Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Shopify, WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Hotjar, Optimizely, and Cin7. They’d love to work brand-side for a large corporation (ideally FMCG but open to all verticals) where there’s room for them to grow their career further. They’re open to opportunities in Auckland or Tauranga and have partnered with Campfire to make this happen. They only have a 1-week notice period so please don’t hesitate to get in contact with Campfire to discuss further or arrange a meeting.
