This role covers various tasks, including managing a multimillion-dollar revenue portfolio, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing major accounts and sponsorship agreements. They also develop CRM systems and plan events whilst managing 20+ staff. Before this, they worked at a retail brand, developing new and current businesses, meeting KPIs, and overseeing marketing products. They also had their own agency where they helped different brands, mostly in the personal care vertical.
