They’ve been instrumental in improving the website functionality to increase donations, researching other competitors and analysing their customer journeys. They developed content via keyword research to rank successfully alongside running the Google AdWords account. Prior to moving to NZ, they worked for one of the UK’s largest and most well-known FMCG retailers as an E-Commerce Training Specialist.
