This fantastic e-commerce candidate has NZ and international (UK and Australia) industry experience working for different retail companies and is across EDMs, user journeys, social strategy, website management, and promotional plans. In their current role as an E-Commerce Manager at an international FMCG brand, they look after the omnichannel shopper plans for the B2B and B2C side of the business. They also oversee the online banner execution, social posting, and EDMs, and work with the internal teams to build insights. They manage up to 50 campaigns a year and the company has seen a significant increase in online sales from their digital initiatives. They also line-manage one direct report (whom they are coaching to move into this role) but have previously managed up to 10 people at one time. Before this, they were the Account Director at a marketing agency, where they provided excellent client service and brought in new client leads. They are skilled in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), paid search strategy, social media marketing, activations, event management and planning, and business development. Their digital toolkit includes Mailchimp, SendInBlue, Shopify, WooCommerce, and data analysis using AC Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Aztec IRI, and Quantium. They also have several Google product certifications. This candidate is now working with Campfire to find a new role and is available at 4 weeks’ notice. They are looking for a salary level of $130,000 ~ $135,000 per annum.
