role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll ​manage digital media channels for small-medium clients. Working with internal teams, you’ll grow and optimise clients’ channels with search, social, display, and email marketing campaigns. There is also potential for you to gain line management experience​. 

 

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social, mobile, email marketing, and display, for a portfolio of clients. 
  • Use full-service digital media planning tools and other relevant software and platforms the agency uses. 
  • Assist the channel and digital teams in implementing plans for digital media and collaborate with other internal teams. 
  • Establish good client relationships and be the key person for day-to-day digital media-related tasks. 
  • Support in managing a team of juniors, including recruitment and performance tracking.

about you

You’ll have a background in digital marketing client and account management and proficiency in the required digital media planning tools. You’ll have a solid knowledge of NZ’s digital media landscape. Relationships are essential in this role, so you’ll have collaboration and client management skills. You’ll also be organised and up with the latest trends. 

 

  • Experience in digital marketing client relationship and account performance, with knowledge of digital media planning and buying.  
  • Proficient in full-service digital media planning tools, buying, and monitoring platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta etc.) and channels. 
  • An understanding of NZ’s digital media space and the latest trends and technologies. 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build good client relationships and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. 
  • Organised and detail-oriented to ensure media plans and timesheets are accurate.
