As an E-Commerce Co-Ordinator, you’ll ​maintain the content and site admin of the group’s e-commerce shops, driving engagement and conversions during the customer journey across several websites. You’ll act as the second set of eyes for the E-Commerce Lead who is collaborative and deeply passionate about e-commerce. 

  • You’ll maintain assets and content, schedule, and link banners, and make sure content goes live at the correct time. 
  • Manage web admin tasks like overseeing customer reviews, guides, auditing, and category mapping – they use Peppersuite. 
  • Plan homepages and content according to trends, campaigns, and offers across different channels. 
  • Contribute to generating ideas to maximise online sales and improve the customer journey. 
  • Monitor online performance and report it to the marketing team to identify areas of opportunity.

about you

You’ll have experience in a junior e-commerce role and have skills using industry tools like Google Analytics.  Communication, time management, and organisation skills will be key. You’ll be an honest team player that can work efficiently both in a group setting or by yourself. 

  • Experience working in e-commerce – likely in a junior/entry-level role and this is the next step in your career. 
  • Experience using content management (CMS) tools like Peppersuite and Google Analytics – it’s okay if you’re more experienced with UA than GA4. 
  •  Any skills using Adobe Photoshop would be great – you may be called on to quickly design a banner. 
  • You’ll be honest, have integrity, and be able to meet deadlines and work autonomously. 
  • Communication, interpersonal, organisational, and collaboration skills – you’ll work with internal stakeholders like design so you’ll be able to build solid and respectful working relationships where you can give clear and constructive feedback.
