Role

As a Digital Account Director, your role is to partner with some of New Zealand’s highest-spending brands, acting as their trusted guide and expert within the digital media landscape. You will have the opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a highly motivated team of 4. While their roles are more tactical and executional, your position is more strategic and client-focused.

• Drive client strategy across your portfolio of accounts, providing effective and timely advice on how your clients can achieve their business goals through the correct digital media strategy
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with your senior-level clients, ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence and gravitas
• Grow revenue within your existing client accounts, developing a proactive action plan to meet client retention and budget targets
• Lead your team to provide the utmost level of client service

About you

With strong agency experience, you bring strong digital media experience to the table as well as proven skills in client management.

• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and how a media plan brings all the different channels together
• Excellent knowledge of the programmatic environment
• Sound skills in team building and mentoring
• Proven experience with large clients
