They are based in South Auckland, but offer flexible hours with the chance to work at home as needed.

As B2B Marketing Lead, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director. Initially starting out with a team of one (Graphic Designer), you’ll grow a team around you as the role develops. Your role starts off being heavily focused on digital content, and you’ll overhaul and refresh the look and feel of the EDMs and social media channels. You’ll go on to develop a multi-channel marketing strategy covering online channels (think: paid media, digital content, e-commerce) and offline channels to address brand activation, increasing customer penetration and digital transformation.


This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, and as the first B2B Marketing Lead in the company, there is plenty of room for creativity and making this role your own.


  • Develop the marketing strategy from scratch, across online, e-commerce and offline channels
  • Build and activate the brand to ensure that this brand is the 1st choice for NZ chefs
  • Carry out the digital content strategy and execution
  • Set up and run digital marketing campaigns
  • Line manage and grow a team
  • Run all trade shows

about you

We are looking for a creative, digitally-savvy B2B marketer who is looking for a step up. You will bring proven experience in strategic marketing management to the table - incorporating design, e-commerce, digital marketing, brand management and operational business partnering.


  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy and delivery
  • Evidence of building brand equity
  • Team leadership skills and the ability to lead a marketing function
  • Hands-on copywriting skills
  • Digital marketing channel expertise across social, search, and email
  • E-commerce experience preferred
