This business is a fast-moving hotbed of entrepreneurship with some of the best B2B sales people in the business, so you’ll learn from the best. They also have a solid product training programme, so even if you have never sold digital solutions before, you’ll be able to understand the various solutions quickly and start selling.

role

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll sell digital and e-commerce solutions to businesses both large and small across NZ. There is no account management in this role, leaving you free to focus purely on new business development. You’ll join a small but fast-growing team of other new business development hunters, using the phone and video / face-to-face meetings to secure brand new contracts with businesses of all sizes. As the company has a range of digital solutions, the sky’s the limit on how much you are able to sell to each customer.

The basic salary is $50K-$55K, with uncapped commission and they imagine you'll be earning a package of $100K per annum. Reporting directly to the General Manager, there’s an excellent opportunity on offer to influence the development of sales strategy, grow your own team, and widen the scope of your role.

about you

With proven B2B sales experience, you’ll bring a thorough understanding of how to prospect brand-new clients and get them engaged. Thorough communication is key, as you’ll be educating clients on the benefits of getting involved in the digital revolution by improving their website, running digital marketing campaigns or even investing in marketing software. While you’ll be part of the sales team, the role itself is highly autonomous so you’ll be confident in setting structure and investigating new sales opportunities.

 

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling products as opposed to services
  • “Hunter” sales background with the ability to bring in brand new accounts
  • Proactive and resilient attitude to push for results
