Reporting to the Head of Performance, this mid-senior level role will utilise your strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as your specialist skillset in paid search, paid social, and programmatic.


You’ll lead and develop performance strategies across the agency’s client portfolio, integrating these campaigns into the client’s wider media activity where possible. You’ll also use your excellent relationship management and communication skills to present to clients and explain the various recommendations.

about you

Proven experience in developing and managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns is essential. You’ll also bring a clear and engaging communication style, with the ability to present fresh ideas to clients and internal stakeholders alike.

  • Strong digital performance strategy knowledge.
