role

As a Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll use your love of market research and outreach to hunt for fresh clients. Given this agency’s vast array of marketing services, you’ll be able to create packages & custom solutions that meet customer pain points. This role doesn’t require any account management, as there is already a team of account managers, so you will be free to purely focus on business development. This agency is at an exciting period of growth, so they’re looking for a proactive team member ready to pick up the phone to do cold calls and get regular client meetings booked in. In return, you’ll enjoy an uncapped commission scheme and the opportunity to grow your role responsibilities.

about you

Proven experience in new business development within the B2B space is essential, as you will know how to create fresh leads and pursue them to conversion. Knowledge of marketing services is preferred but can be supplemented with a demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and research. What ties this all together will be your focused, proactive, and friendly approach to clients & colleagues.
