In this role, you’ll look after a portfolio of existing digital media clients and help them to grow online with no campaign implementation required. You’ll build trust and a good rapport with clients – you’ll be their first port of call after all! You’ll report and analyse performance of SEO, SEM and paid social campaigns. This is a great opportunity if you want to step away from the tools but wish to move into client management. 

 

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, helping them grow through digital marketing.  
  • Be the key client contact + hold regular meetings to discuss campaign performance.  
  • Complete campaign briefs + attend and run meetings and workshops. 
  • Analyse performance data + look for opportunities to optimise where needed.

about you

You’ll bring strong knowledge of digital marketing across search (SEM + SEO), social, CRO and email marketing. You’ll be charismatic, friendly, and confident presenting to groups. While this role has no campaign implementation at all, you will need to be able to explain technical details and concepts to clients. Ideally, you’ll also have some experience working in an e-commerce environment. 

 

  • Knowledge across digital marketing tools and platforms, e.g. the Google suite, Facebook, Klaviyo, etc.  
  • Familiarity with e-commerce CMS platforms like Shopify and Woo Commerce. 
  • High level of attention to detail + good work ethic. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.  
  • The ability to work in a team environment + have strong organisational and time management skills.
