As a Content Marketer and Designer, your task is to create tight copy and stunning visuals that will engage the target market. This starts with diving into the data to identify the customer segments and personas. You will then develop a content plan covering both written and visual assets, that targets this market across all channels (especially digital). You’ll also manage relationships with  influencers, partner brands and company ambassadors.


  • Create targeted, consistent, and effective content plans across all channels (especially digital and e-commerce).
  • Write targeted copy that resonates with the brand’s market.
  • Design visually stunning and commercially successful assets
  • Develop and plan the content strategy to support and extend marketing initiatives.
  • Measure, analyse and report on activities against key business metrics, formulating insights to improve engagement, tactical objectives and content opportunities.

about you

We’re looking for a proactive self-starter from either an agency or a consumer goods background for this role. You will bring strong copywriting skills, experience in developing campaigns, and design skills to the table. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritize tasks, all while being adaptable and flexible to changes as they arise.


  • Proven experience in copywriting with impeccable spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstratable experience developing campaign concepts and content creation schedules/calendars.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles, and experience with email, social, paid search, and SEO disciplines.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to understand how content is performing.
  • Genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
