As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, you’ll work closely with the analytics and marketing team to solve onsite issues, find blocks in the sales funnel, smooth out the user experience, and aim for a personalised onsite experience for different buckets of customers. You’ll have the chance to take real ownership in this role and make impactful changes. 

  • Use a range of testing methodologies to collect and analyse data.  
  • Implement growth initiatives to boost and improve the digital customer experience.  
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and the analytics team.

about you

The company is looking for the right mindset as much as they are the right skillset. This means that even if you don’t tick every box in terms of the digital skills below, the company would still be very interested in speaking with you if you are a problem solver who has a passion for digital analytics.  

Experience with conversion optimisation and A/B and multivariant testing is important. You’ll have strong skills in Google Analytics and the ability to dissect, analyse, and test designs. Paired with this will be your understanding of user behavior and customer insights. To tie it together, you’ll also have strong commercial acumen and an ability to get stakeholders quickly on board with fresh ideas. 

  • Experience with conversion optimisation, A/B, and multivariant testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize). 
  • A good understanding of user behavior insights 
  • A background in analysing website and app data to understand user behavior, identify insights and opportunities.  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proven depth of knowledge (and ideally, certification) in Google Analytics.  
  • Great attention to detail.
