In this role, you’ll be the day-to-day client relationship lead for two clients who both have significant first-party data; a fantastic chance to get creative on campaigns with first-to-market thinking. You’ll use CDPs and focus on performance channels and acquisition campaigns. You’ll mentor junior team members and report to a very impressive, personable, and capable line manager with lots of international experience – who better to learn from? 


  • Execute digital media strategy with effective acquisition campaigns. 
  • You’ll be the first point-of-contact for two large, digital savvy clients. 
  • Employ first party data to create innovative campaigns. 
  • Use CDPs and focus on performance channels. 
  • Mentor and be a role model for junior staff.

about you

You’ll bring experience in digital performance marketing and acquisition campaigns – any international experience would be a bonus. As this role is client-facing, you’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be comfortable and confident calling the shots and making decisions on campaigns. You’ll be capable of training and developing the skills of media staff if need be. 


  • Proven experience in acquisition campaigns and the performance side of planning and activation. 
  • You’ll be able to develop and maintain positive client relationships. 
  • You’ll be confident, competent, and back yourself when making decisions. 
  • Strong communication skills + able to handle deadlines and a busy environment. 
  • Able to train and develop media staff.
