As a Digital Account Lead, you’ll work exclusively on two iconic NZ retail brands. These accounts are thoroughly bedded in, with rock-solid relationships in place. This is the opportunity to bring their brand story to life in the digital media space. You’ll have the chance to influence & impact their destiny as two of the most recognisable & beloved retailers in the country.  

You’ll liaise closely with the Head of Marketing as their primary contact for all paid digital activity across both accounts. You’ll continue to build on the agency’s close relationship with the brands and will be the voice of digital media in the conversation. The role also involves team leadership, internal stakeholder management, digital evangelism (both internal and external), and of course, developing omnichannel digital responses for the brands.  

  • Work closely and collaboratively with media managers, digital specialists and wider agency teams.  
  • Deliver a great client experience, maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.  
  • Present digital strategies and plans to senior client leads.  
  • Coach, teach and build a high performing team. 

about you

We are looking for an experienced digital media practitioner whose approach leans into curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and contribution. You’ll have a good understanding of paid and owned digital media and will be excited to fully utilise these channels and deliver best-in-class digital solutions.   

  • Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem. 
  • Background in client leadership & developing digital media strategy. 
  • Experience working with retail clients would be highly valued. 
  • Strong abilities in creating, delivering and managing RFPs and presentations. 
  • Desire to lead a high performing team.
