As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll focus on managing client relationships and ensuring that their campaigns thrive. Customer success is the keyword in this role, so you’ll be constantly on the lookout for how you can improve their experience with this agency. As these clients will have a mixture of e-commerce and lead generation needs, you’ll use your strong commercial acumen to pitch strategy ideas. Day to day, this role will see you relay campaign progress, pitch fresh campaign opportunities, and run smooth onboarding processes.  


This role will also see you monitor campaigns and liaise with internal specialists on their work. As the client lead, you’ll ensure projects run to schedule and create reports to present to clients. These campaigns will primarily be across social media channels and the Google stack (SEO, SEM, Shopping). 


This agency has multiple openings available so we’re looking for a range of experience. Whether you have a little experience in account management or a few years under your belt, we’d like to hear from you! 

about you

Strong experience in managing client relationships and digital marketing campaigns is critical, with experience in e-commerce accounts especially beneficial. You’ll also have great experience in generating reports and providing comprehensive feedback that puts clients at ease. This role deals with various digital channels, so you’ll have a good working knowledge of different digital mediums and their core strengths.  


  • Great account management and/or customer success experience in the digital industry 
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Shopping, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) 
  • Project management skills 
  • Confident relationship building ability  
  • Proactive and team-orientated approach to work 
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce strategy & operations beneficial
