role

This is a brand-new role for someone to fully own and evolve the company's digital and social strategy. You’ll manage paid and social media, as well as email marketing, e-commerce, and website management. You’ll also look at the global customer journey, ensuring it attracts the target audience of B2B and B2C clients. 

 

  • Manage paid media budgets and strategy + transform social presence. 
  • Create content for social media, eDMs and website. 
  • Oversee the company’s website reconfiguration + customer pathway to online. 
  • Build customer loyalty through social media engagement + customer databases. 
  • Liaise with shareholders, digital customers + celebrities.

about you

You’ll be strategic and confident pitching and implementing creative ideas to transform the company’s digital presence including the website. You’ll have experience in online community management, digital communication strategies, customer loyalty programmes, and Facebook Ads Manager. You’ll have strong communication and copywriting skills and know how to use basic tools to create graphic/video content. 

 

  • Proven experience in developing and/or implementing digital marketing across online platforms. 
  • Experience with community management, paid digital advertising + customer loyalty programmes. 
  • Strong communication, copywriting, basic video-editing, and graphic design skills. 
  • You’ll be agile, self-starting, and adaptive – no two days are the same. 
  • You’ll be confident and cool as a cucumber chatting with celebs if need be.
