If you’ve been after a role where you get to make a true impact on client accounts, this is the position for you! As a Digital Client Manager, your role is all about using your great relationship management skills and strong digital knowledge to ensure outstanding client experiences.

 

In practice, this role is a mixture of relationship management and client strategy. On the client end, you’ll create campaign strategy and regularly keep in contact with campaign results. These clients have a variety of needs, so your plans will be across paid search, social media, SEO, content writing, and data analysis. This role doesn’t involve any campaign implementation, leaving you free to purely focus on your client relationships.

 

Internally, you’ll direct campaigns and ensure internal specialists are effectively briefed on your strategy. This will include establishing and running dashboards, roadmaps, and meetings.

about you

For this role, you’ll have excellent client-facing skills and be confident in leading meetings. You’ll also bring digital marketing account management experience, paired with strong knowledge of search, social, and content campaigns.. An ability to quickly get stakeholders, both internal and external, on your side will solidify your success.
