Your opportunity to join a friendly and fast-growing tech services brand.

Founded five years ago, this brand is passionate about using the latest tech to help their customers streamline their lives. They now have a team of over 80 and are expanding rapidly on both sides of the Tasman. To support this growth, they are now strengthening their marketing arm with great media and creative experts. All staff enjoy great perks with this brand, including remote working, quarterly awards, training courses, monthly social events, and even free coffee & doughnuts to get you going in the morning.

As the Digital Content Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of content writers and ensuring all written content meets this company’s marketing needs.

This company has done some initial work on developing customer personas & brand guidelines, so you’ll step in to complete this work and plan content strategy that aligns. With this strategy in place, you’ll then map out what digital channels (e.g. website, blog, email, social) this content will be published on and direct this work out amongst your team. From time to time, you’ll also bust out the keyboard to write content yourself as needed. You’ll ensure that this content follows SEO best practices and is thoroughly proofread for mistakes. Once projects are underway, you’ll publish & upload content, monitor content performance, manage timelines, and work in tandem with the wider marketing team.

This role has plenty of scope to be molded to the right candidate, as this company is eager to see how the right candidate can bring their expertise to this role. In return, this company can offer great internal support and commitment to growing your career.
