Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead the SEM operations and strategy, with seven-figure budgets available to bring innovative ideas to life. Paid search is your primary focus here, as this underpins much of this brands marketing success. In addition, you’ll also build and optimise campaigns for Display & Video, focusing on creating relevant audiences for prospecting and remarketing. Working alongside the Content Manager and Creative Designer, who’ll focus on the ad content creation, you’ll feedback your findings to influence the strategy.

 

  • Create, plan, implement, and analyze all SEM campaigns
  • Build and optimize campaigns for Display & Video
  • Use your love of digital marketing to drive new campaign ideas across performance mediums
  • Report into the wider digital marketing team to influence the greater marketing strategy

about you

You’ll bring several years of strong SEM campaign management experience, with both strategy and implementation, and understand how to effectively utilize large budgets. You’ll also have a strong analytical focus, with a thorough understanding of web analytics, revenue attribution, tag management, and performance media optimization. Experience with performance campaigns for Display & Video is critical, as you’ll take the lead optimizing these campaigns. As this role deals with multiple internal stakeholders, you’ll possess strong written & verbal communication skills and be able to pitch fresh ideas in an articulate manner.

 

  • Several years of proven SEM experience with relevant industry tools
  • Analytical focus and comprehensive understanding of the wider digital ecosystem
  • Comprehensive Display & Video experience
  • Experience with large scale budgets
  • Friendly personality and fantastic stakeholder management skills
