role

This role is all about delivering successful digital marketing campaigns for clients - primarily across social media channels and the Google stack (SEO, SEM, Shopping). Day-to-day, you’ll relay campaign progress, pitch fresh ideas, and run smooth onboarding processes. You’ll be clients’ first point-of-contact and develop, maintain, and retain good working relationships. You’ll liaise with internal specialists on their work, monitor and ensure projects run to schedule, and create reports to present to clients. 

 

  • Manage and implement digital search and social media campaigns. 
  • Be the key contact for clients and maintain relationships. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance. 
  • Ensure projects run to schedule + liaise with internal specialists. 
  • Scout and pitch fresh ideas for potential campaigns.

about you

You’ll bring experience in client management and digital marketing campaigns. Any experience with e-commerce accounts would also be beneficial. You’ll be confident, collaborative, and proactive in this client-facing role. You’ll be able to generate reports and provide comprehensive feedback to clients. This role deals with various digital channels so you’ll have good working knowledge of different mediums. 

 

  • Experience with account management and/or customer success in the digital industry. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Shopping, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.). 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Confident in your ability to report and present on campaign performance. 
  • Proactive and team-orientated approach to work.
