role

As the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and its implementation. You will report to the Managing Director and work alongside a small and agile team to creatively drive traffic to, and increase sales on, the brand’s Shopify site

 

Day to day, you will be developing and executing innovative digital campaigns across Paid Social, PPC, Email Marketing, Organic Social, Influencer Marketing and SEO. These campaigns will ultimately drive online sales, and you’ll be continuously tweaking their strategy to ensure traffic consistently converts.

 

Additionally, you’ll utilise your strong creative skills to produce effective visual assets and harness your inner wordsmith to come up with compelling copy for all channels.

about you

You’ll bring a proven background in paid media strategy and implementation, with a clear understanding of how to take a clever concept and deliver a successful digital media campaign. You’ll also bring a keen eye for acquisition and optimisation opportunities, as traffic conversion to e-commerce sales is a key focus for this role.

 

  • Proven paid media strategy creation and implementation experience across paid social, paid search, display and remarketing
  • Keen understanding of how to drive on-site traffic conversion
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Clear and engaging copywriting ability
  • Friendly, proactive personality
