This longstanding digital agency boasts some of New Zealand’s best digital media experts, with decades of experience combined within their team. Their services include the full suite of digital marketing channels, and they take pride in providing highly customised solutions to their clients. They also have access to digital platforms & analytics systems that are the envy of the industry. Internal upskilling and progression are incredibly important to this agency, as they want their team members to feel enabled to succeed. Due to some fantastic new client wins, they’re now keen to welcome two new performance executives who have strong digital experience under their belt and are excited to learn more.


As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be hands-on with performance campaigns for various clients with serious, six-figure budgets to spend. These clients include finance brands, transport organisations, FMCG, and entertainment brands, so there’ll be a great mix of campaign needs and strategies.


In collaboration with the client account manager, who’ll be your lead on strategy and client feedback, you’ll set up & run campaigns across a variety of performance channels. This includes programmatic, SEM, social media, digital out-of-home, and audio (e.g., Spotify). This role is all about getting deep into the tools, so every day you’ll load campaigns, troubleshoot, look for optimisation opportunities, derive fresh insights from the latest data, and report on results to the client team.


This role is a rarely found opportunity to learn a ton in performance marketing, as you’ll be mentored by seasoned channel experts and get exposure to a huge range of campaign types. Many of this agency’s employees have risen internally to leadership roles or have moved on to be core performance experts at other marketing agencies, so working with this agency will open many doors.

about you

Proven experience with performance channels is key, with programmatic experience especially beneficial. While you might not have experience with every channel mentioned, you’ll bring strong working knowledge of their benefits and the greater digital advertising picture. You’ll be confident in running campaigns end to end and know how to optimise campaigns to deliver outstanding commercial results. As this role works on several accounts, excellent time management and stakeholder communication is also essential. Finally, you’ll bring it all together with your proactive and friendly attitude.


  • Proven experience in performance channels – SEM, programmatic, paid social, audio, and/or digital out-of-home
  • Campaign management experience with digital tools & analytics (e.g., DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience reading campaign data & creating reports
  • Enthusiasm for the digital advertising industry and the latest tech updates
  • Great stakeholder relationship management ability
  • Friendly & proactive attitude
