role

You’ll be the key person driving client relationships, ensuring that you go above and beyond for your clients and set clear strategy based on their requirements. As this role is reasonably independent of the Business Director, you’ll be focused on keeping the account profitable and think about the long-term picture of their strategic needs. You’ll have a team reporting directly to you, so this is your chance to be a real leader and demonstrate your media acumen.

  • Grow and maintain client relationships, acting as their key “go-to” person
  • Set media strategy for your team and liaise across all agency teams to ensure on brand campaign delivery
  • Coach junior members of your team in media strategy and implementation

about you

You’ll bring several years of media planning & buying to the table, with an eye for the bigger picture and knowledge of multiple channels. You’ll also be savvy to the market and confident in pushing negotiations to create the best value for your client. A desire to lead is a must, as your team will be looking to you for guidance and feedback.

  • Proven media experience across multiple digital channels
  • Confidence in client negotiations and business development
  • Leadership ability and desire to grow junior members
