role

In this role, you’ll work as the digital planning lead within a client pod that works on some incredibly interesting accounts. Think global fashion brands, major Aussie retail e-commerce brands, and performance-driven transport brands, to name a few. These brands often have e-commerce goals in mind, and therefore, they have a hunger to drive change using a data-led approach. Your clients are often looking to utilise an advanced data and analytics strategy. This should be music to your ears, because it means that these are large-budget accounts that will welcome your innovative thinking and thirst to test and learn.

 

  • As the key digital expert for your clients, you’ll help them meet their business goals through your digital media plans.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital and Group Account Director, and build strong relationships with the entire agency.
  • Attend strategy and planning workshops, client presentations and other client meetings.
  • Plan campaigns across display, search, social, and programmatic channels and collaborate with relevant team members to achieve great results.

about you

This agency is looking for 2 Digital Account Managers, so even if you have a little more or less experience, then we’d love to hear from you.

 

Proven experience in digital media planning, across various digital channels, is key. You’ll also be confident in presenting fresh concepts and quickly winning client’s trust. Ultimately, your success will be guaranteed by your enthusiasm for the digital world and the possibilities it has for clients.

 

Your presentation skills will be well developed, and you will take pride in your ability to gain the trust and respect of your colleagues and clients.

 

  • A media agency background.
  • Experience in digital media planning.
  • Strong account management ability and confident presentation skills.
  • Experience with relevant media tools and technologies (Nielsen, Pathmatics, Sizmek, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis ability
