As a Digital Media Director, you'll be the key relationship holder with several of this agency's clients and be responsible for determining their digital media strategy. As the client lead, this means you'll be the advocate for this client's needs and ensure that campaigns meet their business objectives and unique needs.

 

Once you have determined the strategy for these accounts and planned out the campaigns, you'll meet with both supplier partners and internal agency specialists to direct this work. While this role doesn't involve direct campaign implementation, you'll be confident in reading campaign reports and analysing progress to feedback to your client contacts.

 

This role is at its core is about maintaining and growing existing client accounts to success, as many of these clients have been with the agency for years and are always interested to see what new ideas can be drummed up. While this role is a 6-month contract, there is potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.

about you

Proven experience in digital media strategy and planning is foremost, coupled with great client-facing experience. A strong background on the agency side is important too, as this role will see you interact with multiple clients and their complex needs. A confident and proactive manner that likes to problem solve will be what pulls it all together.
