role

This role sits as one of the most senior digital roles in the business. You’ll lead the client relationship with several key brands, understand their business challenges and devise innovative digital responses.

The Digital Media Director position is a point of contact and leadership with both external and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day, you'll be in close contact with CMOs and Heads of Marketing on the client-side, and will drive your strategy through your own team as well as channel-specific teams. Ther focus for you is on strategy and relationships, leaving the implementation side to the team.

You'll be supported by the senior leadership team, so will have the chance to work alongside and learn from some of the best in the industry.

about you

This role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationship, devise digital strategy for all channels, feedback results to clients, and proactively pitch fresh ideas. You’ll bring several years of proven digital media experience, a thorough understanding of the entire media landscape, and the confidence to ensure business connections thrive.

  • Proven strategic experience in digital media, especially within programmatic, search and display channels
  • Strong leadership and line management skills
  • Confidence and charm to drive client relationships
  • Ability to think creatively as well as commercially
