As Digital Media Director, your role is all about being the face of this agency and using your gravitas to take ownership of client relationships. This will include client management, pitching, strategy creation, and overseeing campaign management.


Your vibrant personality will be at the heart of this role, as this agency wants to bring on someone who can inject enthusiasm and passion into their client pitches. They have ample incoming leads and a rock-solid market reputation, so this role will be the final piece in ensuring their growth.


In terms of new and existing clients, you’ll be their key agency partner and work closely with them to understand their business needs. Many of these clients have multi-million-dollar budgets and are household names, so they bring high expectations and will look to you as their digital expert. This aspect of the role is centered around surprising and delighting clients with great strategy, fresh ideas, and passion for the digital space.


Once the client strategy is established, you’ll direct the relevant teams in digital implementation and monitor their progress. Working closely with the Strategy and Digital heads, you will ensure that this agency is abreast of the latest digital media technology changes, new platform opportunities, and industry news.

about you

We’re looking for an energized, passionate individual who can inspire clients with the power of digital media. You’ll bring a demonstrated history in digital media campaign strategy, client leadership, and pitching prowess.


You’ll also be well-versed in working with high budgets and high expectations. Ultimately, your passion for the digital space and your commitment to helping this agency soar will be the final, critical piece.


  • Proven experience in digital media strategy & planning (search, social, programmatic, EDM, etc.)
  • Excellent client management experience and compelling presentation skills
  • Detail-orientated approach to work
  • Proactive troubleshooting ability and great eye for data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Outgoing, team player attitude and a love of collaboration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of, and passion for, the digital advertising landscape
