Join a fast-growing Kiwi-led agency as their Digital Media Manager and be a part of their friendly, tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll manage media planning, buying, and client engagement for key accounts. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, budget management, building client relationships, overseeing team development, staying updated on industry trends, and establishing connections with media owners. 


  • Stay up to date on industry trends and establish/maintain connections with key media owners. 
  • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 
  • Develop and execute media plans across digital and traditional channels and handle day-to-day budgets. 
  • Work collaboratively on strategic planning and manage budget allocations across all media channels. 
  • Support the growth and development of juniors within the team.

about you

You’ll bring experience in managing media for clients and implementing successful media strategies. You’ll be knowledgeable in media planning and buying, budget management, and analytics. Additionally, you’ll be a problem-solver with a passion for the media industry. 


  • Proven media planning/ buying across multiple channels. 
  • Experience in, and ability to develop excellent relationships with clients.  
  • Ability to work full-time in New Zealand.  
  • Ambitious & team-oriented approach. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
