As a Digital Performance Lead, you’ll be the champion of all performance marketing carried out by this agency. This role is a mixture of client relationship management, line management, and campaign implementation, so it’s a great step up into team leadership. In terms of clients, you’ll work with the Head of Media to present new campaign wins, pitch strategy, and manage relationships.  

Internally, you’ll manage a small team of performance specialists and direct campaign work to them, while still getting hands on with implementation work yourself. These campaigns are primarily focused on programmatic and paid search, and you’ll have ample remit to get ambitious with your performance strategy.

about you

For this role, this agency is looking for someone who brings a great strategic understanding of digital performance in both hands-on implementation and campaign planning. You’ll be a confident client communicator who knows how to win a pitch and get key stakeholders on board quickly. As you’ll line manage performance specialists, you’ll be eager to share your great digital knowledge and coach people to success. 

 

  • Excellent performance marketing experience, in both strategy & implementation across search & programmatic. 
  • Experience with tools (I.e., Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and DV360). 
  • Persuasive client presentation and relationship management skills. 
  • Line management or mentorship experience. 
  • You’ll bring a collaborative and friendly, team-player attitude.
