role

As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll work across a variety of client accounts to create paid media strategy across the Google and Facebook platforms, then run implementation, management, analysis, and reporting on campaigns. As you’ll be supported by junior team members, you’ll have a can-do attitude that can troubleshoot issues they may face and provide helpful advice. This role will also involve meeting clients to communicate campaign results and fresh ideas, so there’s an excellent opportunity here to grow your leadership ability.

about you

Extensive experience with both Facebook and Google tools is critical, as you will troubleshoot any campaign issues and advise junior team members on best use. Proven experience in creating media strategy and the paid media campaign lifecycle is key. You will also need to explain complex analysis and pitch campaigns to both external and internal stakeholders, so a confident and thorough communication ability is beneficial.

 

  • Proven expertise with Facebook and Google products and platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, Google Marketing Platform, etc)
  • Experience with media strategy creation and running paid media campaigns end to end
  • Troubleshooting ability that can pick up technical issues and resolve them
  • Great eye for detail and feedback
  • Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Desire to grow within the role and be a key staff member
