As the Digital Performance Manager, your job is to drive e-commerce sales, via the Google stack & Facebook, across NZ and Australian consumer audiences. Day-to-day, you’ll build, implement, optimise, monitor, and report on search and social campaigns. This is a hands-on-tools audience buying role, where you’ll manage campaigns from beginning to end.


Your goal is to drive e-commerce product sales across various consumer categories, and as such, you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s success. This is a highly visible and responsible role that will see you working hand-in-hand with your specialist e-commerce and digital marketing colleagues. The focus of the role is search, but you'd get involved in the social side of audience buying as well. 


You’ll join a fast-growing performance team, made up of mainly ex-agency folk, so you will have the support of your team members in spending budgets of up to $50,000 per week.   

about you

This is a role for someone with hands-on experience in the Google suite, who is confident and well-versed in driving e-commerce sales. You’ll also know how to use other digital channels like Facebook & Instagram and understand how these influence the greater sales funnel. Your success will be solidified by your willingness to drill into the data to innovate, test, and learn.


  • Proven experience in creating and optimising Google campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of driving e-commerce sales.
  • Highly analytical approach, with strong attention to optimising ROAS & KPIs
  • Ideally, experience in audience buying across Facebook + Instagram
