As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll take the lead on paid search and social campaigns, from strategy through to post-campaign analysis. This will see you troubleshoot campaign issues, monitor campaign progress, pitch optimisation opportunities to clients, collaborate with other teams (SEO, web development, etc.), and much more.

 

A team of Account Managers supports this role, so while there is a client-facing piece, you won’t need to handle business development. Your key external focus will be to confidently pitch performance strategy, communicate project progress, and present campaign results.

 

This role offers a great level of autonomy and a range of stable client accounts, so there’s ample room here to get creative in your strategy and showcase your digital expertise.

about you

Proven performance campaign experience from the agency side is key, as you’ll be confident in handling numerous digital campaigns end to end. Excellent communication skills are essential, too, as you’ll work with numerous internal digital experts and external client contacts to keep these campaigns running smoothly. Finally, a strong eye for data and willingness to dig into data will ensure your success.

 

  • Proven end to end campaign management experience for paid search & paid social
  • Great data analysis ability and experience with relevant industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • A proactive approach to campaign issues and strategy challenges
