This specialist digital agency has a fantastic reputation in the market for its campaign work, thanks to its team of dedicated and passionate digital marketing enthusiasts. Working with both significant blue-chip clients and local SMEs, their transparent approach and tight client relationships have seen them keep accounts year on year. Due to recent growth, they are now ready to expand their team. In return, they can offer a friendly culture with regular social events, generous bonus schemes, and excellent internal progression.

As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll take the lead on paid search and social campaigns, from strategy through to post-campaign analysis. This will see you troubleshoot campaign issues, monitor campaign progress, pitch optimisation opportunities to clients, collaborate with other teams (SEO, web development, etc.), and much more.

A team of Account Managers supports this role, so while there is a client-facing piece, you won’t need to handle business development. Your key external focus will be to confidently pitch performance strategy, communicate project progress, and present campaign results.

This role offers a great level of autonomy and a range of stable client accounts, so there’s ample room here to get creative in your strategy and showcase your digital expertise.

Finally, a strong eye for data and willingness to dig into data will ensure your success.

  • Proven end to end campaign management experience for paid search & paid social
  • Great data analysis ability and experience with relevant industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
