As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping client campaigns soar online, with a particular focus on paid social media channels.


Working with the Digital Director, you’ll develop and deploy campaigns across social media, SEM, and programmatic channels. There’s a ton of scope for creativity with these campaigns, as this agency is after someone who takes initiative and proactively optimises campaigns to get the right results. You’ll also be the key client contact for a small suite of clients, enabling you to build strong relationships and thoroughly understand their performance goals.

about you

You’ll bring strong experience in performance marketing campaigns and six-figure budgets, with social media particularly critical. An agile approach to campaign work is also key, as you’ll be expected to proactively optimise campaigns per client needs. What will it all together will be your friendly attitude and desire to make this role your own!


  • Experience running campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce goals
  • Background in digital campaign tools, with Search Ads 260 and Skai (previously known as Kenshoo) especially useful
  • Strong reporting and campaign strategy skills
  • Excellent client pitching and relationship building ability
  • Outgoing and upbeat work approach
