Their incredible support programmes change the lives of millions of people worldwide, and they care just as much about their staff as they do about the people they support. They also offer flexible working arrangements, with many staff working remotely for two days of the week.

 

They’ve experienced a considerable rise in demand for their services post-COVID. Therefore, they’re building a large, world-class digital marketing team to support fundraising and to make sure they have the revenue to deliver vital support programmes across NZ.

role

This is a senior team leadership role that reports to the Head of Marketing, in which you’ll carry out compelling digital campaign strategy to ensure this organisation has rock-solid donor pathways.

 

You’ll manage a team of 4 specialists responsible for assisting and executing inbound campaigns across all digital channels to drive interest across B2B & B2C donors. You’ll be highly analytical and utilise the gathered data to support re-targeting marketing automation campaigns with email channels.

 

You’ll also use your analytics knowledge to study the customer database to create improvements & market segments, monitor campaign results, and direct optimisation for the wider team to carry out.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your in-depth knowledge of digital channels, roll out effective campaign strategy, and lead a team to success.

about you

This role requires thorough knowledge of performance campaign strategy and loyalty marketing techniques, so proven experience in these areas is key. You’ll also be confident in evaluating digital channels and campaigns for their strengths (e.g., when SEO is needed, which social media platforms to utilise, etc.). This role requires a good level of analytical ability, so you’ll be ready to dive into platforms like Google Analytics to determine where the team is succeeding and where they can improve. What will tie this all together will be your confident and proactive leadership style and your passion for digital success.
