As a Digital Performance Specialist, you'll play a key role in the digital performance strategy of this brand and deploy its campaigns. This brand is after someone who’s a true digital specialist, so this position is a great chance to own every aspect of their digital work.


These campaigns will be a mixture of B2B and B2C strategies, so your campaign goals will revolve around website conversions, lead generation, and loyalty. Your channels will include SEM, SEO, paid social media, and emails via the HubSpot platform. Once campaigns are underway, you’ll be charged with analysing their performance and feeding back results to the wider team. You’ll also be supported by a creative marketing specialist to bring these campaigns to life, so there’s plenty of scope to try out your ambitious campaign ideas!

about you

Experience with performance campaign planning and implementation (SEM, SEO, social) is key, either on the brand side or on the agency side. You’ll also be confident in running email campaigns through a CRM, ideally HubSpot. To bring this all together, you’ll be great at feeding back marketing insights and pitching fresh digital strategies.


  • Experience planning and running digital campaigns through SEM, SEO, social media, and email channels
  • Working knowledge of email campaign management, ideally with HubSpot
