role

As a Digital Strategy & Account Manager, you’ll work alongside the Director to service clients & develop online strategies. There is ample opportunity to be creative with your ideas. You’ll pitch fresh ideas to clients and present campaign wins and analysis. Client relationship management is core, so you’ll do everything you can to help nurture the client relationship to success.  

  • Create standout digital strategies for clients. 
  • Lead discussions around growth with the client. 
  • Plan, oversee and project manage the delivery of digital campaigns (you are not expected to be hands-on with the tools – they have other teams who do this). 
  • Develop high-touch relationships of trust with existing clients. 

about you

We are looking for an experienced account manager, with strong skills in building client relationships. You’ll have a good knowledge of digital marketing and will be able to think out of the box.  

  • Confident and creative personality with the ability to solve problems. 
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage projects.  
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles. 
  • An understanding Google Analytics to analysis the results of the campaigns. 
  • Experience of HubSpot (or similar) would be a bonus
