role

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will you will plan, produce, launch, and analyse email marketing campaigns. With multiple campaigns ongoing at any one point, you’ll use your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure high conversion rates. This role sits as an expert in marketing automation tools and technical building skills (e.g. HTML), making you the go-to person for translating complex scenarios into straightforward pathways.

 

  • Use HTML to build, test, and deploy emails
  • Emails include newsletters, new user/trial nurture email campaigns, behavior-triggered email campaigns, and more
  • Communicate with internal marketing teams to optimise campaigns
  • Create and maintain ongoing automated campaign programmes
  • Collate campaign findings into reports and actionable insights

about you

You will bring proven experience with coding and working with complex email marketing campaigns, as well as a thorough understanding of the larger digital marketing picture. High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload is essential too, as you’ll be trusted to deliver successful campaigns and troubleshoot any process issues.

 

  • HTML coding experience is a must, and additional skills in CSS, Basic JavaScript/jQuery are good to have as well
  • Strong email marketing experience, with a solid understanding of email platforms and publishing applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in creating clear plans from complex campaign briefs
  • Reporting and research experience, with the ability to extract important insights
