role

As an Enterprise Digital Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner for these clients and be responsible for helping accounts flourish. Using your strong digital acumen, you’ll tailor digital campaign strategy to fit their needs and proactively look for opportunities to maximise this agency’s impact.

 

This’ll include pitching new digital channels, relaying campaign wins, educating clients on advertising products, and more. Internally, you’ll lead all campaign work and ensure that the technical teams are on track to nail client goals. These clients have some seriously large budgets to play with, so you’ll be able to get truly ambitious with your campaign ideas.

 

This role is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of the enterprise team, as they’re committed to seeing this position grow and develop over time.

about you

First and foremost, you’ll bring outstanding client service skills and a real knack for getting stakeholders on board quickly. To back this up, you’ll be confident in planning and project managing digital campaigns across a variety of mediums e.g., SEO, SEM, paid social. Finally, you’ll have a great commercial eye, as this role is a mixture of account retention and growth.

 

  • Great digital account management experience from the agency or publisher side
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing campaign channels and best practice
  • Team player attitude and great collaboration skills
